Save Time with Workflow Task Templates

We know how time-consuming it can be to manage all your SaaS tools and subscriptions. With that in mind, we recently added the ability for our users to create workflows in order to automate their work. 

Now we are taking this functionality even further by allowing users to create workflows based on pre-defined templates. These Workflow Task Templates were designed based on procurement best practices to save time and make sure you’re on top of managing all your SaaS tools.

With a few clicks, our users can now easily create that will save you significant time and effort.

360° Procurement Visibility with Subscription Details

When managing your multiple SaaS subscriptions, context is everything. The challenge is that often this information lives in multiple sources, making it difficult to have all the necessary details to manage each subscription.

That’s why we’re adding a new Details tab to every subscription. Your subscription details will now live front and center on the Subscription page, taking your procurement visibility to the next level.

Safe and Fast Single Sign-On with Okta

Accessing your SaaS tools safely and easily is critical for every company managing multiple solutions. That’s why we partnered with Okta to be part of their .

Now, besides being able to log in with Google Workspace and Microsoft Azure, companies relying on Okta for workforce identity can also easily log in to �Թ�tv. .

Deeper and Expanded Accounting Integrations

Centralized access to all subscription documentation is key to ensuring visibility and insights into your SaaS Stack and spending. 

Now we are making things even easier, so you don’t have to worry about manually uploading invoices to �Թ�tv. We’ve improved our accounting integrations so every time you import your spending through one of our accounting integrations, an invoice is automatically stored for easy access.

And . Now, besides connecting with Netsuite, Xero, Quickbooks, and Sage, �Թ�tv will provide seamless subscription and spend visibility for Freshbooks and Zohobooks.
